tim allen (birth name tim gay) later became tim dick which he dropped and became who we know Tim Allen. well after he graduated high school is life turned around for the worst. he was with the wrong crowd and started selling drugs. he got caught by selling drugs to an under-cover cop. he served 28 months prison time. he was released but while in jail thats where i truely discovered his comedy. and theres more stuff about him and the cast of home improvement.

no no no to the people who don’t believe this is tim allen. He was arrested because of some connection with drugs or something if I can remember correctly. Really who cares though, I love the show Home Improvement and he did great in Toy Story playing as Buzz Lightyears voice over. He has done many great movies as well.

In contrast, Hostel II is the only one I haven’t seen.
Hostel had a great idea but it just didn’t fulfill its potential for me.

Roth gets unfairly credited with making ‘horror porn’. I would recommend Cabin Fever.

I’m interested to see what the 1st weekend box-office results are for this. They have a huge marketing campaign plastered all over the internet that has reached the point of annoyance. John C. Reilly is a great actor and funny as hell (he made “Talladega Nights” watchable… barely), but there is a big question as to whether he can carry a film. I’m pulling for him to become more of a leading man than his usual supporting player role, but I’ll be surprised if “Walk Hard” makes $100 million in theatres.

If Jeff Bridges is interested in being in this sequel, then there’s a good chance the film will be at least entertaining. He’s one of the best actors out there and I can’t think of single bad film he’s starred in over the past ten years. Barbara Streisand’s craptacular “The Mirror Has Two Faces” doesn’t count because that was 1996 and thus eleven years ago.
“Tron” was an interesting concept, so I’ll be interested in seeing what direction they would take the sequel. However, if Bridges doesn’t like the script and isn’t involved, then my interest level will plummet.

First, I was pleasantly surprised with Ledger’s look in the promo pics. The announcement that he would be playing the joker disappointed me from the outset, and I’m still reserving judgment. I think the Joker should be played by a more mature actor. Yet, I have to admit that I’m impressed with the ‘psychotic’ Joker look that they captured with the makeup. As far as looks go, it’s the first live action or cartoon Joker that captures the insanity of the Joker as portrayed in the Dark Knight comics. The stereotypical purple suit doesn’t bother me.

Second, I see your point about the size of Bale’s cowl, but I also think you’re underestimating the size of Christians head. That things not small, and they’ve got to make sure not to mess up his hair either. Perhaps he also has some gadgets stored up there as well. Before making judgments, give the filmmakers a chance to explain what’s going on up there.
