I didn't find him revolting in the first spiderman offense, but the sequel really turned me off. His babyface, his take on the roll, are too immature and unbelievable. I would much rather see a more mature actor in the role - see Christian Bale in the new Batman series. Also - have you watched either the first or second film lately?
