I watched Life of Pi yesterday and I loved it so much!! It’s amazing and I liked it way more than Argo.
I had already watched This Must Be The Place. I didn’t like it. Actually, I couldn’t watch to the end, even having watched 50 minutes of the film. It’s really boring.

I’ve only seen Life of Pi and Zero Dark Thirty from this list, Life of Pi was really good but only my 5th favorite of the Oscar Best Picture nominees.
I HATED Zero Day Thirty, it bored me…A LOT Jessica Chastain was pretty good in it, but I didn’t get all the Love for her till I watched Mama.
I’ve heard a lot of good about Rust and Bone, might have to check it out.

Dang Zero Dark Thirty already coming out on DVD, the wide release in theaters was only just in January.

Killing Them Softly was far too heavy handed. With zero subtext, the use of voice overs is insulting. Loved the performances, hated the lack of subtlety.

The noise at 0:22 sounds like a particularly squeaky fart.

Rust And Bone was one of my top favorites of last year. Great to see a film thats raw and simple, yet very moving.
